"Smooth delivery and easy tracking"
I ordered from RJ Living and the whole delivery process was really straightforward. The tracking was clear, so I could see where my order was and it arrived when they said it would. Nothing over the top, just a smooth, stress-free experience, which I really appreciated

"Took a Little Patience, but They Came Through"
The warranty claim took a bit of back and forth, which was a little annoying at the time, but to be fair, RJ Living did end up sorting it out and sending the replacement. My gut feeling is they’re a decent company that does the right thing, even if the process isn’t super quick. Happy overall...

"Showed Up So Fast I Was Basically Shocked"
I ordered a side table it arrived way quicker than I expected. Like, I was not emotionally prepared for furniture to show up that fast. The tracking was decent too, so I wasn’t totally in the dark. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the delivery window was kind of vague, and for a minute I felt like I needed to cancel all my plans and stand by the door forever. Other than that, really happy with it!

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the return process was really slow and frustrating. I expected it to be simple, but it ended up taking longer than it should have and was annoying to deal with

I ordered from RJ Living and overall had a good experience. Their communication was solid, I got updates as the order progressed and didn’t really have to chase them, which I appreciate. Delivery did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but since they kept me informed, it wasn’t a big deal. For me, good communication makes a big difference, so I’d say it was a positive experience overall

"I ordered a sideboard from RJ…"
I ordered a sideboard from RJ Living i was a little nervous about the colour because online photos can be so hit or miss. You know when something looks perfect on the website, then shows up completely different? Anyway, this one turned up looking pretty much exactly like the pictures. The wood tone is really warm and natural, not too orange and not too dark, which was a relief. It ended up matching my other furniture really nicely. Super happy with it and I’d definitely buy from them again

"I had an issue with my…"
I had an issue with my order and, umm, it did get sorted out in the end, which I appreciate. But the whole back and forth was frustrating. Responses were slow, and I had to follow up a few times before things moved along. I’m glad it was resolved, but for the price, I expected a smoother experience. It would’ve made a big difference if they communicated sooner.

"Refund came through, just a bit slow"
I returned a item to RJ Living and to be fair, the refund did get processed in the end, so it wasn’t a big problem. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to see what was happening. The staff were polite enough, but I do think the updates could be a bit better while you’re waiting.

"Nice showroom and easy to deal with"
Had a good experience here. The showroom looked great, and the staff were helpful without making it feel like a big deal. Just a nice, easy visit overall.

"Comfy sofa, happy overall"
I bought a sofa from RJ Living it’s really comfy and looks great in the space. The delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, which felt like something that could’ve been prevented with better communication, but overall I’m happy with the purchase

"Box was a little damaged"
The product itself seemed fine, but the box arrived a bit damaged. Not a huge deal if everything inside is okay, but it’s reasonable to expect the packaging to hold up better during delivery

"To be fair, it does look good..."
To be fair, it does look good and it held up okay for a while. But after a few months, I noticed the corners started chipping, which was a little disappointing. I don’t think it’s terrible for the price, but I’d say it’s better if you’re not expecting something super sturdy.

"Helpful, but nobody seemed to own the issue"
Customer service was friendly and they did eventually help me with my question, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. It felt a bit unclear who was actually responsible for getting it sorted, so I was kind of passed around waiting for updates. It did get resolved in the end, but it wasn’t the quickest or smoothest experience. Overall, it was okay

"Easy to find what I needed"
Found what I was looking for quickly. Checkout was simple and didn’t give me any issues. The only downside was that some pages loaded a little slow, but overall it was a smooth experience.

The item I needed was actually in stock when I ordered it, which makes such a difference because I didn’t have to wait around, chase anyone up, or deal with any back-and-forth about delays. "Looks great, bit fiddly to put together"
I bought a piece from RJ Living and it looks really nice now that it’s all set up. Getting it together was a bit hit and miss though. The instructions were okay, but a few parts weren’t super clear and a couple of the holes seemed slightly off, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be. It defintely took longer than I expected and I had to get someone else to help me with it. Not a bad experiance overall, just wish the assembly was a bit easier.
